After having danced with many great stars and having organized the well-known congresses in Rome and New York, choreographer, dancer and director Luis Zegarra is now presenting the 3.rd Peru Salsa Congress. The Sheraton Hotel & Convention Center in the heart of Lima is the ideal location for one of Peru’s biggest dance events. Stars from Europe as well as North and South America will be performing at the parties where salseros can dance and party all night long.
